Prayer
We are open for the daily Prayers (Salaat) 7 days a week. If you need us to pray for you or your loved ones please contact us at imam@floridaislamiccenter.org or call 347 965 4149
Marriage
Contact our Imam if you are having a wedding and you need the Imam to perform the Marriage (Nikah) ceremony. We also offer Marriage and Pre-Marriage counselling. These services are offered at a fee. Contact imam@floridaislamiccenter.org
Funeral
Death is an inevitable part of life. As your loved ones approach or face this testing experience, please contact us for advice on how to prepare for it and proceed to the next step. Contact info@floridaislamiccenter.org
Food Pantry
FIC offers essential food items to those in need. Please contact us if you would like to receive help or if you would like to help stock up our pantry so we can feed those in need. Contact info@floridaislamiccenter.org
Volunteer
Volunteering your time is extremely rewarding. FIC has many for those seeking such opportunities. Here are some:
- Helping out at Social and Religious Events – BBQ’s, Brunches, Tea Parties, Seminars, Eid Prayers etc.
- Helping clean and maintain our center.
- Help out at our Sunday School – Serving Lunch, Clean up, Chaperone, Field trip, Pick up and drop off.
- Sometimes there are individuals in our community who cannot drive to the Islamic Center on Fridays. You can pick them up and drop them off to Friday (Jumuah) Prayers.
- Helping out during the Month of Ramadhan by serving food and cleaning up at Iftaar Dinners.
